You know how us planners are about booking early. Well, I guess I booked our FL Tours transfers too early because now I need to change them but don't know how to go about it.
When I booked I had 4 passengers and now I have 6. I'm thinking this may require a larger vehicle, but I'm not sure. I can access my "Client Services" page to ADD additional transfers, but it doens't give me the option to change existing ones. I emailed them a few days ago to ask if I needed a larger vehicle and if so to give me prices on a van and a limo, but have yet to get a response.
I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and book a new reservation and try to note that this needs to replace the previous reservation and give them the reservation number.
I'm getting a little concerned as I've read a couple bad reports, and with them not responding to my email.....and this is the first time I've tried them.
What would you guys do?
