Need some FL Tours advice.

You know how us planners are about booking early. Well, I guess I booked our FL Tours transfers too early because now I need to change them but don't know how to go about it.

When I booked I had 4 passengers and now I have 6. I'm thinking this may require a larger vehicle, but I'm not sure. I can access my "Client Services" page to ADD additional transfers, but it doens't give me the option to change existing ones. I emailed them a few days ago to ask if I needed a larger vehicle and if so to give me prices on a van and a limo, but have yet to get a response.

I'm wondering if I should just go ahead and book a new reservation and try to note that this needs to replace the previous reservation and give them the reservation number.

I'm getting a little concerned as I've read a couple bad reports, and with them not responding to my email.....and this is the first time I've tried them.

What would you guys do?

Just got back Monday from our trip to Dworld/Universal and used FL Tours on all transfers from MCO, WL and HRH. It was our first time and they were fabulous from their timeliness, customer service about planning and responding, courteous and professional demeanor towards adults and children (they surprised my DS and DD with a movie enroute and even watched them while we were grocery shopping) . If you're not getting a response via email, try phoning Andy at (888) 832-2111. I was leery about spending the extra amount between their service and Tiffany but was reassured that paying a little more was worth the insurance of their dependability.
