Tomorrow my SIL & I are giving a bridal shower for my sister. It's going to be a "Tastefully Simple" party. Attendees taste samples of the food products, which they can then purchase. Our idea is to have the guests purchase soME of the products for the bride-to-be in lieu of a more traditional gift. They are supposed to be quite good and very easy to prepare - perfect for a busy working person.
Anyway, I am just entering my second week of Induction (Atkins) and since I am doing so well, I really don't want to blow it at the shower. I'm fairly certain most of the "samples" will be loaded with carbs.
Any ideas on how I can handle this? I'd appreciate any thoughts/comments.
TIA!
