Need some advice please

We will be at the world from January 9th till the 15th. We will be having breakfast at 8:20 at Royal Akershus on the 11th. As of now park opens at 9. Trying to figure out best us of fastpass. We will want to do both Frozen Ever After and Soarin. We will have to do a rider swap on Soarin as it is myself, husband, 6 year old and infant. Does it make the most sense to just hope that the line won't be ridiculous at Frozen after we meet breakfast across the way and use the fastpass for Soarin? What do you think. Why is this so stressful? Thanks much.

Arrive at Epcot well before 8:00 and head to Akershus. They'll seat you as soon as you arrive. Pay, eat, and leave by 8:45 for Frozen.

Use your FPs for Soarin' for 2 people and get the Rider Swap pass; then 2 people ride using Rider/Child Swap without needing a FP.

Book the other Adult FP for Test Track and get a Swap pass and with the Rider Swap pass, 2 ride on the Swap.
