Need Some Advice for ADR's..

I think I'll just stick with Paradiso 37 for DTD.

I'm still having a bit of an issue with MK dinner though. I don't want it to be crazy loud, and I hope it'd have a lot of options on the menu.

If and want a quiet place to eat for a romantic dinner look at the monorail resorts vs inside MK...it will be crazy loud anywhere you eat in there!!!! really quiet comes to Mind Victoria and Albert's but quiet expensive....but you can talk to the Chef and he can come up with something she will enjoy! Just let them know ahead she has food "difficulties" and that you need a chef consult. It would also be ther perfect place to propose...and she will get a rose as part of the dinner package....you might even be able to work out the waitier handing her the rose and ring together!!!!

Here are my comments:

Day 1 - Never been to Paradiso 37 or dinner in DTD. We usually visit Wolf Gang Puck Cafe for lunch...so no real comments on this one.
Day 2 - We usually eat at Brown Derby (I prefer the signature restaurants) but would like to try Mama Melrose. It is my second choice, but never been there.
Day 3 - Epcot has the best in park restaurants. I would definitely choose this day to have dinner in a part. Each country has a restaurant and the servers are from the restaurant. I have had very good experiences at each one I have visited...Chefs de France, Le Cellier, Rose and Crown.... I would save Il Mulino for another day if you can. It gets good reviews too.
Day 4 - I have given you my comments on this one. I would go Cali Grill and see Wishes from the observation deck.
Day 5 - Never been to Yachtsman Steakhouse. It gets mixed reviews and I have seen many people not recommend it and say there are better steaks at other restaurants. I believe DHS is a boat ride to the Swan, so you might consider Il Mulino for this dinner. If you want steak, check out the menus and reviews at allears (dot) net. I believe Cali Grill has a good steak, Jiko, and most (if not all) signature restaurants.
Day 6 - many people do not stay an entire day at AK. I never have either. If you get done early, it might be at a disadvantage to have dinner plans there and lunch both. Also, AK closes earlier than the other parks. You might consider an ADR away from AK after the close time. Then, if you stay at AK all day, you can go to your dinner afterwards. If you don't want to stay at AK all day, you have another plan. If you are set on doing Yachtsman, then this could be your Il Mulino day. Otherwise, there are lots of options for dinners at the resorts and DTD. We have Rainforest Cafe's here in Texas, so not a must do for us in Orlando.
Day 7 - I always do Epcot and MK two days, so I would probably do one of them. If Epcot, I would eat in Epcot because I like many of the options there. If MK, I would eat at a resort on the monorail, because I like them all so much. I also like your plan of keeping it open so you can do your favorites and have some flexibility. There are lots of great options and restaurants. Not sure what you are leaninig towards. You are going to have a great trip.:goodvibes

Whoa...well first off...your name, "Jedi Jen"...I just got my girlfriend into all the Star Wars movies. She's never seen em, I got the blu ray box set, and the week she got her wisdom teeth out, 3 weeks ago, we watched ALL 6, one each night lol. She loved them..which was awesome and really surprised me. I'm so psyched about Star Tours in DHS you have no idea...it wasn't there last time I was there. (I don't think?)

Anyway here's my comments:
1) Day 1: Paradiso is something that's only in DTD so i'm excited, but I'll keep my mind open about Wolfgang Puck. I know there's different sections.
2) Day 3: It's her birthday dinner. I want it to be quiet...we both know there's almost no restaurants TS or CS in the parks which are quiet. I wanted something just like Il Mulino; long story short, and that fit my criteria PERFECT. I'd go there another night, but It's her birthday and it's just what I wanted to bring her to that night. I'll definitely give an Epcot TS restaurant a shot ( I have in the past ) another night. Maybe Via Napoli since the PP suggested it. I wasn't saying that i'm an Italian food snob, I was saying that I'm a pizza snob lol. I'm sure Tutti Italia and Via Napoli are great!
3) Day 4: California Grill suddenly appeals to me lol. The menu looks do-able for my girlfriend's semi-picky'ness! I think I might give it a try for dinner for our day in MK.
4) Day 5: I'm a steak guy. There's no hiding it. I think I'd rather starve to death than to deprive myself of red meat for the rest of my life lol. And well...I figured if I'm losing 50lbs:wishfifty in order for us to go, and working my A$$ off, then I'm gonna reward myself (silently lol) with an awesome steak dinner. I was thinking Yachtsman...I saw great reviews. But should I go Shula's @ Dolphin instead? Or Le Cellier?
5) Day 6: Yeah...well I have an easily-cancellable ADR at Rainforest Cafe..we have them up here too in NY...I figured it'd be a safe bet for dinner. I made it at 5pm because I saw that AK closes early. I guess it won't be a full day..i'm glad you mentioned that..thank you! :thumbsup2 That could be a night for a different dinner! Staying at BWI makes it fantastic for options...dinner options could include anywhere in Epcot, DHS, Swan, Dolphin, BWI, Boardwalk, YC, or BC!!!
6) Day 7: MOST IMPORTANT PART: Our flight is going to be at 7pm. So I don't think it'll need dinner plans. I was just trying to think about what to do...we'll probably stroll Epcot one last time or DHS or something. I'll check crowd calendars and see what she wants to do.

Thanks!!! :earsboy:
