Need size help for dis merchandise please!

I am interested in purchasing a couple of dis shirts and saw the sizing charts but not sure what the numbers mean!

I normally wear medium if I can but most brands I need to wear a large due to my height. I am 6'2 and pretty lean but am hoping to bulk up a bit.

Anyone familiar with the dis shirts? I'm wondering if I should go with a large?
