Need restaurant suggestions - never been to US/IO

Hi - we are 2 adults, 2 kids (12 and 7) going to universal for the first time end of August. We have 5 days in the parks, and we're staying at the Hard Rock. I need suggestions of where to eat, both quick service and sit down. Since we're HUGE HP fans, I'm sure one day we will want to eat in the new restaurant at WWOHP. What other suggestions do you have? Also, what is available as far as breakfast at the Hard Rock? Is there a food court or anything like that?
