not a fan of Planet Hollywood. I've never eaten at the Disney location. After New York and Key West (when it was there) I had no desire to try another location. You may want to look at Raglan Road.

California Grill, Le Caellier and Narcoossee's are all two dining credits. Do you have enough credits?

Wolfgang Puck Cafe is good but not worth an additional trip.

Looks great to me. Chef Mickey's, Planet Hollywood and Nine Dragons will probably be poo-pooed by others but we've eaten at all 3 and enjoyed them. Chef Mickey's is more about the characters than the food. It's hectic and many complain of the cleanliness of the dining room at the end of the day, but the place is like kid central so I'm sure its like fighting an uphill battle for the cleaning staff. You made great signature selections by the way! Have fun.

If this is your first time at the world, I'd skip Planet Hollywood, Nine Dragons, and Liberty Tree Tavern. Probably Wolfgang Puck, too.

What resort are you staying at?

I'd suggest to swap Liberty Tree with a monorail resort meal at Kona Cafe or The Grand Floridian Cafe. I'd sub Nine Dragons with Rose & Crown or Coral Reef. Nine Dragons is the same stuff you'll get at any Chinese-American takeout place - not something I really want to spend time on while I'm at WDW.

Heck, I'd probably swap Le Cellier for Yachtsman because I enjoyed the atmosphere and food so much better there. I haven't eaten at Le Cellier since they changed to signature for dinner, but I definitely wouldn't miss Illuminations for it regardless. Yachstman is just a boat ride away from Epcot and you can be back in time for a GREAT view of the fireworks.

I don't really like Chef Mickey's, tbh. I prefer Crystal Palace or Cape May. The food is subpar and all three times I've eaten at Chef Mickey's the refills have been sparse and slow and I've felt rushed by everyone - including the characters.

I haven't eaten at California Grill, mostly because I've heard its really noisy and the menu isn't really special enough to warrant the price.

If you do a day at DtD, I would put it towards the end of your trip so you have more of a chance to see all the stuff you can buy at the different parks instead of it being your first taste of Disney merchandise.

When I make ADRs for WDW, I really try to think of the my favorite local restaurants and then NOT pick things like them. While it IS Disney, chances are that if you have a really awesome local Italian restaurant, their Italian restaurant won't measure up and so on. It's not something a lot of people think about and its not a tip people really think to share, either. It's just something I learned from experience.

I'd change some of the ADRs to lunch and breakfast, too. WDW is HUGE and you will be doing a lot of walking and the first day you might need the extra fuel from a big breakfast and a break at lunch the next day. Also, the signatures are usually very slow, leisurely service, so you might not want three signatures to take up your time. And definitely build in some leeway with your ADRs, too. They won't come after you if you don't keep them, so throw in some extras knowing you can skip them and its OKAY. :)

Sorry, I know that's a lot of information to throw at you. =)

Not a fan of Planet Hollywood (didn't care for the one in Chicago or Las Vegas...similarly, Rainforest Cafe gave us the same "ugh' experience) and Chef Mickey's for dinner is a no go with our family (we would do breakfast, however).

I'm sorry I failed to mention we are staying 9 nights and have the 10 day dp.

I don't understand this. The dining plan goes by the number of night you are there not days. So you should have nine nights worth of credits...

Arrival Day...Planet Hollywood @ 7pm... Downtown No ressie, probably be to tired to do much so considering a pool day and qs.

Day 2...Le Cellier Steakhouse @ 8:20pm... Epcot We are use to eating earlier and I took Agri 's advice and changed to Yachtsman Steakhouse @ 5:45pm

Day 3... Wolf Gang Puck Cafe @ 5:30pm... Downtown Changed this ressie to Crystal Palace @ 6:50pm to place our Downtown visit later in our stay.

Day 4... Via Napoli @ 6:20pm... Epcot

Day 5... California Grill @ 9:10pm...Contemporary

Day 6... Narcoossee's @ 7:15pm... Grand Floridian Changed this ressie cuz my dh did not like the menu, like I said picky eater. La Hacienda de San Angel @ 6:15pm

Day 7... Nine Dragon's @ 6pm... Epcot Changed this ressie as our Downtown trip and eating at Wolfgang Puck Cafe @ 6pm.

Day 8... Chef Mickey @ 6:10pm... Contemporary I took all the advice regarding the messy environment and decided to go with Kona Cafe @ 6:20pm

Day 9... Liberty Tree Tavern @ 5:40pm... Magic KingdomOur last dinner ressie and thought the environment would be really cool, so I went with Coral Reef @ 6:05pm.
Thank you for all the advice. After careful consideration and input from my dh (picky eater) I have changed our ressies around. We have the 10 day dp and are staying at Pop Century. I also wanted to make sure we had a well rounded variety of cuisines. Any other input is greatly appreciated.

We are arriving on the October 12th and leaving on the 21st. I bought 10 day tickets. If I am misunderstood on the dp please by all means help me out.

Glad you got rid of Chef Mickey. Worst restaurant at Disney. All the other choices are subjective depending on your taste but I will say this... La Hacienda is not your typical Mexican food. The flavors are more... ummm... Exotic? We love Mexican and we really did not like the food there. I mention this for your picky eater. We've lived in So.Cali for many years and have had the best Mexican food from upscale restaurants to little Mom and Pop places. The Mexican food here was like nothing we have ever had. Others rave about it... ???

I really like the changes to made! Just to clarify, as a PP said, your dining plan matches the number of nights you stay, not the number of days of park tickets. So you would have 9 TS credits, 9 CS credits, and 9 snack credits per person with the regular dining plan.

You can have 10 day tickets but the DP is still by night. So for a 9 night stay you will have 9 nights worth of meals. What dining plan are you on? It looks the the regular DP with 1QS 1TS and 1 snack. So you will have 9QS each and 9TS each. With the plan you have now you will need to pay OOP for one of the meals.
