Here's the link to all the info on character meals from Deb's site.

There aren't many that serve lunch: Crystal Palace, CRT, and the princesses at Epcot are the only ones that I can think of. We often make a really late ADR for breakfast at Chef Mickey's (like 11:20am) and eat that as our lunch. We hit MK at opening on an EMH morning, enjoy everything without a wait, and then head to CM for "brunch" and enjoy an empty restaurant.

Some of our favorite dinner choices are LTT and Chef Mickey's.

Good Luck!

The Garden Grill at Epcot has lunch with Mickey, Pluto and Chip and Dale. We had a great time there! :)

Another vote for Garden Grill. VERY low key for a character meal and the characters were so playful and funny. Much more so than other meals we've been too. Food was great too! It's a must do now for us!

hello...I don't know about lunch but dinner at LTT is one of our favorites :thumbsup2

Garden Grill is great for lunch/dinner. Akershus is good for lunch/dinner with the princesses. We also like 1900 Park Fare and Chef Mickey's for dinner. I prefer character dinners over breakfasts since I like the food better and I'd rather go on rides in the morning when the parks are less crowded.

I would have NEVER thought Garden Grill to be good...I don't know why, just sounds "average"....
I love you DIS'ers for all this great information!
Ya' learn something NEW every day !

We've been frequent WDW guests over the past 5 yrs. Our latest "FAV" character meal with great food is CP at MK. We've been there twice in the past 4 months and have really enjoyed the food and the characters. And, honestly, we do prefer Mickey and friends, but Pooh and friends is a nice change especially with the awesome food!

We used to love GG but they changed it twice in the past year-they kinda tried to fix something that wasn't broken, ok, maybe it needed a bit of rehab as far as the restaurant went but the food was fine and they changed it...twice, and it's still not as good as it was 2 years ago. It's just been a bit disappointing to us and others we know who have enjoyed it in the past before the changes.

LTT wasn't bad for dinner, but it seemed to take quite a long time (1 1/2 to 2 hrs for just myself and dd). I don't have a favorite for dinner as our experiences with character dinners haven't been too good. 1900 PK Fare was way over rated (food fair, character interaction rushed). CM's which we have tried many times just seems to be average at best as far as the food goes although a great selection of characters. GG was a favorite before the changes. We still have yet to try CP for dinner, but like I said, we love their lunch.

It means alot....and it truly helps in making our decisions....
So many Character Meals....So Little Time !!!
