Need Rec's for Good CS meals

We will be at the world in 2 weeks . We have not done the dining plan before and am wondering what restaurants you think are the best for counter service?

Magic Kingdom - Columbia Harbour House, Casey's Corner and Pecos Bill's

Epcot - Liberty Inn and Rose and Crown Pub

Disney Studios - Backlot Express, Toy Story Pizza Planet and Rosie's All American Cafe.

Animal Kingdom - Pizzafari and Flame Tree BBQ

Picnic in the Park at AK has me totally interested. We were so happy with the food court at our resort (Pop) that we would always go back to the resort rather than fight the CS restaurants in the parks. I am planning on doing more in park CS next time though.

While at Epcot, Sunshine Seasons is the best! It is by Soarin' and Living with the Land.
They have alot of variety and it was one of the best meals I had that trip.

I also like Cosmic Ray's at MK, the chicken/Rib combo was delish.

I'm interested in CS suggestions, but not necessarily at the park. What about Contemporary, BC, Poly, Boardwalk, Grand Floridian. Any good CS's there?

I forgot to mention Wolfgang Puck Express! That's where we're planning on our arrival dinner for our T'giving week trip. Check out the menu, totally not CS like at all.

If you're at Epcot take advantage of authentic cuisine from any number of locales...Mexico, Germany, England, China, etc.

Sunshine is ok near Soarin but its more like a hospital cafe and with the choices across the park...

Hands down Wolfpuck Express in DTD!

Ditto!!!! A fabulous variety of flavorful fresh food. Try their BBQ Chicken Pizza...oh, its great!
