Need real help on a limo company...

Hi all!

I am wanting to hire a limo to take my family of 8 from MCO to POFQ and back to MCO in September. With all the talk on here as of late with trolls coming on here and saying one limo company is better and yada yada yada...I would like to hear from genuine DISers what limo company you chose and how they were, and an approximate price if you can remember.

I have used Sunray transporation. I don't know if you want a true limo, but they have towncars, SUVs and vans available. Their rate is $90, but you can save $8 if you mention mouseforless when you make your reservation. Free 30 minute grocery stop.

I have used them twice, and will book them again for my October trip as soon as Southwest comes out with the flights.

I am not a troll, but I did play one in my 3rd grade school play.

I used to use Jimmy with Golden Limo. He merged in with Lorden Transportation last year, and since then I've used them r/t from my home west of Orlando to Port Canaveral. You can google Lorden Transportation to get the web site.

I've been very happy with Jimmy's service, as have many other DIS'ers. YOu can request him as your driver when you book, and they will do everything possible to accomodate your request. If you end up with Dennis instead, he's also wonderful and you have no need to worry about it.

BTW--unlike some limo companies, they don't enforce an automatice gratuity. Feel free to tip accoding to the service, which I'm sure will be fantastic.

I've used Tiffany Towncar several times and been pretty happy, as well as FL Tours, a board sponsor. They both ran in the $90-100 range, with a $25 tip split between coming and going. They were not automatic tips either.
We had 6 of us when we used TT, we were supposed to have a van from Sanford, but the driver showed up in a beautiful stretch limo!! That was a surprise!
You will most likely do well with any of the companies you see posted about here.
