I'm hosting my first crop for PTO and I need cute wording. I was going with a Back to School theme. Along the lines of having summer photos that need to scrapped.

And ideas out there?

Let me think on this.
My brain is dead right now.
I think the x-rays from the mammogram fried it.

I think that is where I put it last.
Can't find it right now.
:rotfl2:

Some people tuck money, some tuck tissues, I tuck my brain.

So, the folks who are coming, they already scrapbook?
This isn't going to be learning crop right?

Can't think of anything cute, I'll just come and be cute. :cutie:

Okay, using either a "school supply" list format or maybe a backpack background.

"Back-to-School" Crop

The school PTO would like to invite you to a scrapbooking crop.
Supplies need - photos, paper, adhesive, embellishments, cutters, (whatever else you think of) put these on pieces of paper or notebooks if using the backpack
Report to room (or place to be held)

or something along those lines. Like I said, I just can't think right now. Maybe inspiration will hit me while I'm sleeping.

I got nothing...

you could always look on some of the picture printing websites (winkflash, etc) they might have some catchy slogans?

I googled crop & invite and got a whole bunch of FARMING things.
:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

We invite you to learn to rotate your crop, :lmao: .

I needed a good :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: today and have to say this thread was it .

Back to school has come around
Get those summer pictures in a book that is bound ...
The PTO is having a crop night
come around to get the pictures out of the camera and onto a page .

This is the best I could think of right now I am going to try to think of something else .

I like it. I would come if it were closer.

How much space do you have to work with?

I have no idea. Sadly we are using the cafeteria tables so I would say 4 feet on each side so maybe 4 people per table section.

I do have a few folding tables and chairs the janitors are going to set up but not many. This is not the room we were going to use, we were going to use the Art room but it's upstairs and they didn't want a janitor there (costs $$) so we will be locked out of the rest of the building and have no access to the elevator.

We have some new fangle dangle fancy tables, but they are very narrow. Just enough room to put lunchboxes facing each other, if you eat in your box. Not enough room to push the box away from you to eat on the table. You have to push it to the side or place it on the bench next to you. Don't think I'll be offering to hostess a crop for our PTO.

What I really want for the cafeteria is round tables with chairs but they just bought new benches so I doubt they would pay for it again. They call it the Cafe but it doesn't have much of a Cafe atmosphere.

The middle schoolers have some round ones and the high schoolers have all round ones. Hmm, can you crop with round tables?

As long as there is access to the bano, I'll be happy. :)
