Need Prayers

My grandmother is dying, the doctors told her she can go any day now they say her lungs and heart is too weak and since she's old they can't give her surgery. They said it's something next to her heart that keeps growning.Please pray for her also lately I have been really Ill my breathing has been feeling a little heavier, and I have been having pains in my chest, throat and the sides and sometimes back of my head. My appointment to see the doctor is afterschool on Tuesday. I hope that everything goes well. Please pray for the both of us =]
