Need Pop Food Court Meal Recommendation

We'll be arriving to the World on 5 May (driving down from GA), checking in to get the DxDP started, grabbing an early lunch (around 11:30 or so) at the food court, then spending a few hours at Sea World before returning to WDW and having dinner at the Hoop de Doo Review that evening (no WDW parks that day). I thought about making a TS ADR at one of the resorts, but I really don't want to spend a lot of time waiting and eating, as we'll be heading over to Sea World right afterwards.

(About Sea World ... Dh is insisting we fit it in with this trip and this was the compromise we came up with; we went last year, so we're basically going to catch a show we previously missed and walk around and visit the hospitality center for a free drink )

Anyway, I've read over the Pop menu and can't decide what to get. I guess that, instead of recommendations--of course that would be great, is there anything that I should stay away from?

I favor the Shrimp lo mein I ate it like 3 times on our last trip! And try the tye Dye cheese cake! Enjoy.

Last year I tried the vegetable flat bread sandwich and I thought it was gross! The veggies were cold. I had to throw away the sandwich and get something else to eat.

The chicken & pasta alfredo meal was very good!

The steak wrap is good.

I especially liked the parmesan crusted chicken with alfredo sauce poured all over it.

The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is delicious!!! My DH and I got it to go on our last say at POP last November. We took it to the airport with us and ate it there while waiting to board our flight. Even a little cold, it was still really good! I would definitely recommend it!

I double ditto this one! I'm not even a cream sauce person, but tried it upon recommendation from DISUNC and boy oh boy was he ever right!!!
They have a trusty shaker of red pepper flakes sitting out for those of us who like it spicy. Yum, yum!

I apologize I didn't read through your whole post to see you didn't want recommendations but rather what to stay away from. I loved the chicken alfredo so much I didn't try anything else. But then again we only ate there like twice, again sorry for not being more aware of your request.

Don't try the hummus! I wasn't expecting much because it's just POP Century but it was disgusting.

I liked everything I had at the Pop Food Court! I tend to stick to a lot of basics... cheeseburger, fries, & chicken strips- which were really good! Tye-Dye Cheesecake was awesome! The one thing I didn't care much for were the nachos supreme, because it had beans in it (not refried), and I just have this weird texture thing with beans lol... so if that's an issue for you, stay away from the nachos! Everything else I tried was great!

Umm, it as this flatbread i think it as steak on it, it was so nasty, and spicy. Everything else i tried. Parm chicken, nuggets, burgers were good!

anyway, my fave thing and the one thing i hanker for is a turkey/brie/craisin sandwich from the grab 'n go (of all places)... it was OUTSTANDING and i have tried to recreate it but just cannot!

We had a flatbread at lunch. I think it was called the Mediteranean Flat Bread. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!

We stayed at POP for 10 days last August and I think we ate at Everything POP at least once a day. EVERYTHING was great! (yes, I even liked the Nachos ) The Alfredo Chicken dish another poster described was REALLY yummy!!!!!!!!

You can get everything except the Mom's Night Out stuff.

A word of caution- those flatbreads can take FOREVER. They make and toast each one individually and if you are in a hurry, I would just skip it.

I haven't had anything really terrible at POP except the tie-die cheesecake.

I liked the chicken alfredo too, the kids (12) loved the steak wraps, i liked the flat bread I think it was chicken mediterraanian . Pop's foodcourt is awesome !!
