Need Poly Concierge advice

We would like to try concierge level on our trip in August. We decided to stay at the Poly. We stayed at the Poly on our first trip to wdw 10 years ago.
How many building are there? Is there one building we should request that is better for concierge or are they all the same? Traveling with dh, dd 12, ds,8, ds 15.
Any suggestions?

The concierge building is the Hawaii Longhouse.
