Need points for rent Jan 2006

Please bear with me, I'm new at this. I need points for 1 week studio at Wilderness Lodge. My dates are very flexable but I prefer Jan 18-26 2006. I heard weekends can sometimes be paid by cash at 25% off, dont know if this is true. Would appriciate any help in lowering cost so I can take my kids on their dream vacation. Thanks
