need PBH Manager info

Does anyone have the name or more importantly the e-mail for the hotel manager at the PBH?

The General Manager is Paul Leclerc but don't have an email address.

to send an email to any employee at one of the loews hotels you list the person's first initial of their name and last name with the loews standard email address.

I did a while ago and have not heard anything? How long should I wait before I call?

i guess you are in the same boat as i am.

i sent my email about october 13 and received a reply of, " i am sorry and your email will be sent to the appropriate places" which came around oct. 17

have not heard since.
haven't called but will send off another email if it still bothers me a month from now.

the further i get away from any issue or problem, the less it seems the need to do anything about it.
usually i let things drop when this much time passes by.
