Need opinions to add Plus's or not

Hi, we are going for 9 nights, and have the park hopper with the plus option. What I am wondering is do you think we will have time or get good use out of the plus option?

We are planning on doing US HHN one evening, and spending 1 day driving to the ocean. The rest of our time will be for Disney. We are a group of me, DH, Niece 13, DD-8, and DS-2.

We are going in late Sept. to early Oct. This is my niece's first time to Disney.

Will the waterparks even be open?

I have 7 day tix and found the plus pack would be worth it if you go to two of the following (or one twice or more)

DQ
Full club hopping at PI.

You do not have to use your plusses on the same days as your standard park tix. All your plusses and your park tix have to be used within 14 days of your first use unless you do non-expiration option.

So unless we go to at least 2 of the parks it's not a value right? If BB is going to be closed, then it would have to be TL, and DQ.

If I change my package to just the park hopper tickets can I upgrade them later if we decide to do the add ons?

You can add the options at the time of need. But if you buy them and don't need them you cant get a refund. I would wait and add it only if you need it. All parks have a guest relations window that has the capability.

The breakdown of how many plusses you get depends on the size of your ticket. For nine days, you could get by with a 6 day ticket with 4 plus options. That would give you 6 days in the main parks and 3 days to do the options. You may do more than one option in one day, as well...say a water park during the day and PI or DQ at night, to maximize your usage. If one of the Water Parks is closed, then you could always do the other twice and perhaps DQ twice.

You have 14 days from the 1st day of using the tickets to add on any more days, the plus options, the hopper option or, if you don't use all of your days, the Non Expiring option. Just remember with the non expiring option, the price is based on the number of days of your ticket, not how many days are left. So, the prices would be:
$10 for 2 and 3 day tickets, $15 for 4 day tickets, $35 for 5 day tickets, $45 for 6 day tickets, $55 for 7 day tickets and $100 for 8 to 10 day tickets.
