Need opinions for MNSSHP day

This will be my first trip EVER to DW (i'm so excited!) I'm going to MNSSHP on Oct. 1 and I have thought that I would just go for the day at MK and stay on til the party that night. I will be going to MK earlier in the week for the whole day. What do you think? since I can get in MK around 4-4:30 the day of the party, should I just save my hopper pass for that day and just wait until 4 to go??
Can you do MK in a day and see everything you want, or should I go both days? HELP!!!

i think I would save the day on the pass and go at around 4:30,when they start letting people with MNSSHP tics in. To be there all day and then stay for the party would be very tiring,IMHI.The party does'nt end till midnight. Since you are going at an uncrowded time and will have another whole day in M.K.,you should be able to do everything and save a day on your hopper!!

I agree to wait until 4pm to go. I wouldn't bother wasting a PH day. Also, it's a long night-- better to rest and check out the pool in the afternoon. We are going to the 10/1 party as well. We plan on swimming and doing a little bit of shopping at DTD during the afternoon.

There's also a Dis meet on 10/1. Did you see the info for it???

That sounds like a good plan, just relax in the am and then head over for lunch at Kona's at 2:30 then MK at 4:30 and it's like getting a free day at MK before the party!!!

We want to sleep in late that morning and then have a late breakfast. After breakfast, we plan to go resort hopping using the monorail to get to the MK and Epcot resorts. We will head over to MK around 4pm for MNSSHP. Should be a great day!!! :thewave:
