Need nice hotel close to BC, that sleeps 4..advice please!

My family is booked at BC in April, and my brother and his family are looking to go at the same time. There aren't any more rooms available at BC for them, so we need something...

1. Close to BC
2. Nice, but not expensive
3. Sleeps 4

The DownTownDisney hotels would be the closest but could also try Vistana Resort. They might get a deal on a condo there. Pop Century is close but maybe expensive in April. Marriott Village (Fairfield Inn, Springhill Suites and Courtyard) are in the Lake Buena Vista area. Also Buena Vista Suites.

Are you at the Wyndham? have you looked at the Hilton at BC for your brother?
