need new member cards

Anyone have info on getting new member cards. My card is bent in half the long way and my wife's card has the cover peeling off. I guess I just need to call MS to order new ones unless someone knows something different.

Call Member Services...but don't wait until the last minute. When DH lost his, it took 5 weeks to get the replacement.

You can get replacement cards at WDW, SSR, BWV, AKV, or BLT.

You can also get new cards at Downtown Disney in Anaheim and at Aulani in Hawaii

FWIW, I had a new card via mail in about a week.

If you are not traveling in the next couple of months give MS a call and they will ship new ones out. Shipping time varies but 4-6 weeks has been the norm for me (yes, I've lost or destroyed mine a few times)....

You may get lucky and get them sooner but that's a good planning time-frame.

If you are traveling in the next couple months you can pick up new ones at several locations at WDW as mentioned by previous posters.
