Today I rented the documentary "supersize me". WOW. That's all i can say. That and I am utterly digusted with Americans and the fast food industry. I wont tell you any of the facts, b/c it kinda spoils the documentary, but if you find you have trouble eating healthy. This will scare/disgust you into a healthier lifestyle!!!
