Need meeting place ideas--Help!!

This may be an unusual question so let me give you some background first. I am the youth leader at my church here in Orlando. Every September we go to Disney's Night of Joy. This year we are trying Universal's Rock the Universe on Sept 6th. I require the group to meet with me one time during the evening. At Disney we meet at the carousel. I hate to admit that I have only been to Universal once (11 years ago). I have no idea of where we could meet that is centrally located and not usually that busy. Oh, by the way the group is about 30-35 people.

Any Ideas???

If they have the stage set up in the same spot as the Mardi Gras concerts, it will be in front of the Mels Drive In (L on Map).

See the yellow area at the edge of the lake with the #20?
The stage is set up a little bit above that and to the right next to the bushes leading out of the NY Central Park replica (green area on map next to lake).
So now, where can you meet your friends?
Just around the corner of the stage to the left on the map, there are viewing spots on the lake. That's the pink area on the map. This is probably the most central area you can get that's not crowded. It's in front of the old Herc and Zena building. Plus there are bathrooms right there next to the diner.

If I recall from last year, one stage was in front of Mel's Diner and the other was in the New York area.
