Need large group hotel recommendations...

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a hotel near DL that has rooms for 10 people?

We've suddenly had 6 of my in-laws decide to join our DL trip for Dec 15-17 this year. The only place I could find from previous threads is DI&S, but their large suites are booked for when we'll be there. I did just manage to book an 8 person suite at DI&S, but I'm assuming they won't allow 2 extra people correct?

To make this request even trickier, we are on a tight budget and can't afford more than $300/night for everyone (would prefer closer to $200/night if at all possible). Help!
Are there any bare-bones type options that we could consider getting 2 rooms at?

In laws ruin everything That's a tall order for a holiday time trip, especially booking this late. What about 2 parlor (6 person) suites at DI&S? I would also call instead of trusting the website, I know they get cancellations all the time, so maybe keeping checking back. Also check out Residence Inn.

I'm the only planner surrounded by a family full of "don't worry, it'll work out when we get there" types.... sigh. When I got this news, I was panicking inside!

I did try searching and it looks like most things are booked. But keep looking.

Also if they decided to join are they paying for their room? 6 people added on is a lot. You will more than likely need two rooms.

Maybe Anaheim Marriott. They have rates at $148 a night for 5 adults

Grand legacy has rooms that accommodate 5 (2q + free rollaway) available for your dates starting at $159+parking. You could request connecting rooms. I realize it's a bit over the budget, but being within walking distance might compensate for not paying DL parking or shuttle fees for 10ppl.

Thanks for your help guys! They aren't paying for their room, but we're excited that they can come. None of them have ever been to DL before and their travel expenses to get to DL will be significant. We'd like to cover the hotel costs if we can... I'm checking Grand Legacy and Anaheim Mariott. Looks like they will both work out to be about same price or maybe a bit more than just keeping the 8 person suite I currently have at DI&S and adding another room...
Does anyone know of anywhere else (other than DI&S) that has 10 person suites?

Courtyard Inn rooms each have 2 queens and 2 twin bunk beds...could get two connecting rooms.

The Del Sol Inn has rooms with two queens and two bunk beds. One of those plus a two queen room would accommodate 10. With an Orbitz coupon code, we paid $146 per night in August for the two queen plus bunk room and the two queen bed rooms were a little less. That would give everyone a real sleeping surface (no sofabeds) and I like the bunks for keeping my kids apart.

You might call the DI&S to see if they can do something for you.

You guys! I think I found a great option. Anaheim Islander Inn & Suites had a ton of really reasonable options for 4-8 people. I booked two rooms for 5 people per room, $115/room. I haven't found a lot written about this hotel on the forums here, but the tripadvisor and google reviews look good. I'm so glad we found something for everyone for $230/night. Just hope hotel is ok... Thanks SO MUCH everyone for the great suggestions.

They don't have rooms that big, but the best deal I have found for a family room is at Best Western Raffles.
