Need info. on renting vacation home

Friends of mine are planning a trip to Disney in October and are looking to rent a vacation home (with pool) in the Disney/Orlando area.

Does anyone know of a good one to suggest to them? For that matter, if you've had a bad experience with one, I'd like to know that too.

we rented directly thru an owner last year. we found them on www.vrbo.com

the house was in the 'rolling hills' development in kissimmee. very close to the main gate. less than 10 mins in normal traffic (we went off season) we had a 6br, 4ba house with pool. it was fantastic.

check the 'orlando area attractions' board for more info, lots of people on that board have rented.
