I am a little confused at this point about switching my reservations from AAA to AP. If an AP comes out down the road and I am able to apply my AP do I have to put a new deposit down on the rooms or will they transfer the payment from the old reservation (AAA discount) to the new one :confused3 I have 2 rooms booked at the YC.

Are you on a package or room only AAA discount?

If you are on an AAA room only discount and booked through Disney you can just apply the AP rate to the exisiting reservation. It won't double dip on the discount, it will be just one or the other.

If you have your AAA room only booked through AAA I am not sure how that works. But you could talk to the agent and find out.

If you have a package than the AP rate won't work because AP rates are for room only.

cobbler, sorry for not being more specific. They are 2 room only ressies. I actually bought the AP for the length of stay and the DDE card and I am not really counting on an AP discount but it sure would be sweet if one came out for the YC during our stay :yay: AAA alone will be saving me almost $900 on the 2 rooms.
