Need info about Oak Plantation Villas

Has anyone stayed at Oak Plantation Villas in Kissimmee? I found a rate of $88 per night for a 2 bedroom villa in December. There was no mention of a time share presentation in the rate quote (some other villas on the site did refer to a time share presentation requirement). The rate seems too good to be true. Even if I have to sit through a time share presentation I might be interested. Has anyone stayed there? Was a timeshare presentation required? I'd like to know how nice the rooms are, as well as the pool and other amenities.

We stayed at this property around 3 1/2 years ago in September and later that December. It is a bit farther out than the LBV area resorts but it still only about a 15 to 20 minute commute to any of the parks...sometimes less. It is located about 1 mile south of the 192 SuperWalmart off of 192 on Hoagland Blvd.. There are 2 good size pools there side by side. A large covered hot tub and nice little spray park for kids, too. We stayed in an over-sized 1 bedroom both times. The units were in decent shape. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the price were right. We were not obligated to take a timeshare tour. They left a couple of messages but we declined. Not a big deal.
