Need Index Card Template to Plan our trip!

I'm going to WDW for the first time the end of October. Can someone please send me the index card template to plan my trip. If you have any other planner template that would be great too. Can you repost the link or somehow send it to me. It seems I haven't posted enough to be allowed to provide an email. I'm a bit overwhelmed. I hope you are all having a great summer. Thanks

Did anyone have trouble printing? Im trying to print now and the edge is getting cut off!

Mine printed out fine. If you changed some of the pictures it is possible to made the card a bit bigger. See if you can adjust the margins may be....
