We know we are eating at Finnegans for lunch & Lombards at Dinner at US (Would love some reviews)

We have one dinner at Tchoup Chop.

We need 2 lunches and one dinner at IOA

I am thinking Mythos - Is it better for lunch and dinner - tell me more about it. Is it just the theming that makes this place great. What is the theming?

Also thinking about confisco's - better for lunch or dinner. Tell me more.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Dinner for Mythos, you just need to check the closing time, because they often close early. You may end up eating an early dinner.
What makes it so great is the huge window looking out over the lagoon at Hulk and the music that is played. You feel like you are in a movie. Ask for a window view or a table against the window, even if it means waiting a little longer. You need to do this as you check in before they assign your table.

Lunch would be at Confiscos, and you could even leave and have lunch at Hard Rock Cafe between the parks. Arrive at 11:50am to beat the crowd. The place gets packed at 12:30pm.

Mythos menu is the same for lunch and dinner. They had a "lunch express" menu in addition to the regular menu when we were there in July. The view from the restaurant is great. The atmosphere is fantastic, and then there's the superb food!:Pinkbounc

I have to add my 2 cents here............... Mytho's is NOT to be missed. The food is fantastic. We really enjoyed it. Our boys loved it too. The atmosphere is superb........ the view is awesome, it's just all around a good place to take a nice break, and have a wonderful meal. You won't be disappointed!!

I know a lot of people love Hard Rock........... we hated it!!!! Our experience was horrible, bad service, even worse food........ perhaps it was just a bad day............ but, I can't reccomend it......... sorry robvia..... :(

We did however, LOVE NBA city........ we aren't huge basketball fans......... but, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was so good........ I wish we'd eaten every meal there!!!!

Tcoup Tchoup was just so-so for us........ being from La. it just wasn't like "home"!! ;) but, it was not bad.

We really liked Margaritaville also........... it was great, and our little one loved the volcano erupting!!!!

You will love Lombards.......... it is good too!!!

Have fun!!!

We loved both Lombards & Finnegans the bread u get at finnegans with the apple jelly is very tasty loved the menu at finnegans so diffrent than normal park food the onion web is delicious as is the corned beef sandwich, as for lomabards if its a nice night get a table outside very nice and relaxing and the food is great :jester:

But of course, it's not meant to be. I know that the Tchoup part of Tchoup Chop is named for a street in New Orleans, but the cuisine at TC is Asian fusion. Emeril's Orlando is closer to the N.O. influenced cuisine Emeril is noted for. That being said, I prefer Tchoup Chop to Emeril's Orlando although we have enjoyed both restaurants.

We always eat at Mythos at IOA as everyone in the family (kids included) really enjoys eating there. We like Lombard's for a nice sit down meal at USF. NBA City is our favorite restaurant at City Walk although we have enjoyed good meals at almost every City Walk restaurant. I'd probably put Latin Quarter at #2.
