This may be too far, but Chicago is always a good idea. Although, this time of year it could be unpleasantly cold. What about Niagara Falls?

I wish it could be WDW, but no. Maybe like a 3-4 hr drive in any direction. These kids are making me batty-no pun intended!

Clifty Falls State park in Madison Indiana. Its really pretty this time of year.
