Hi all! My dh is taking me to The World for 4 days and 3 nights in early December. I'm pretty sure we are going to stay at Pop or ASMo to save money. I have reserved a table at Whispering Canyon for lunch one day, since we are staying at WL with the family next year and want to check it out. We are not Victoria and Albert's type of people thats why I chose to eat there. lol

We will probably only go to the parks one day (the night of MVMCP) and will spend one full day at DTD.

Is there anything that a couple celebrating their anniversary :love:not miss? Also, what about ordering a cake to have in the room one night? Thoughts/ideas???

Thanks everyone!!! :cool1:

Go to gf and see gingerbread house take pics and make a book and give for holiday. Watch fireworks/take a romantic stroll bye the wedding pavilion always brings back memories

We stayed at POP for our belated Honeymoon and it was very romantic.

I suggest these things:
Take a midnight stroll around the grounds holding hands. POP's grounds can be very romantic. I like the colored lights on the icons at each building. The lake is gorgeous and well, it is just exciting to me.

Also take a late night swim. Even if it is cooler. The pool is heated and no one will be in it...very romantic.

But my biggest suggestion is this, act like you are newly in love. Put on that grin and hold hands, smooch a bit like when you were dating. Get into the roll. No matter where you are you will feel like you did when you were first together.
And lastly, do something for the other one a couple times a day.
Foot massages, buy trinkets (even cheap things) for each other and leave them on the pillow. Open doors, steal a kiss, refill each others mugs if you have them.

Best of all, relax, don't rush and enjoy!!

You are welcome.

Everyone was telling me, how can a Value be romantic. My reply, the resort isn't romantic, my husband is. LOL

You create romance where ever you are if you try.
I wouldn't have changed mine what so ever.

I hope you enjoy yourself.

Oh and POP's giftshop is lovely, so quick to run to and get little trinkets when you go for breakfast.

Nothing like having breakfast waiting when I get out of the shower, only to look over and see a cute magnet on my pillow.
