We're Disney vets with many, many trips under our belts but our next one will be a first -- being in WDW during a major holiday weekend (Memorial Day). We're generally early December, mid-October or early May visitors.
We have 3 nights in the middle of the week where we will be heading to Vero but need help with the other days. With the new EMH (early and late), the holiday weekend, etc. I really think I need to through away all of my conventions (we have typically done EMH for MK early opens -- then avoided the early open parks on the other days). Our 4 kids range from 15 to 6 so we need to hit all of the areas to keep everyone happy. And -- since there are six of us -- we probably will take advantage of the MYW no-hopping passes (to shave off about $300 in our passes).
Here are the days we will have available for touring the parks -- and in parens -- my initial thoughts:
Sunday May 29th (do MGM but not until mid afternoon)
Monday May 30th (Memorial Day) -- (do Epcot)
Tuesday May 31st (do MK)
Saturday June 4th (do MGM or Epcot)
Sunday June 5th (do AK)
Monday June 6th (not sure...)
Let me know what you think.
