Need Help!

Hello Everyone,
I hope that I am posting this in the correct place...
My daughter will be turning 18 on our upcoming trip in February, and hopefully by that time will be accepted into a college. Is there anything really special that I could do to surprise her. She loves all things Disney! We are staying at the Poly (Princess Suite!!!) if that helps.

How about the pick a pearl at Japan in Epcot. There is a thread somewhere - people were raving about their pearls and jewelery they had made.
