AAAs site doesn't define the room types for WL. Can anyone tell me what the following mean (I've filled in the best I can) the AAA guy was no help:

These are listed least to most expensive

STD = standard (2 queen, standard view)
B2Q = (2 queen)
CTV = (2 queen?)
CTB = (bunks)
B2B = (bunks)

Thanks!

The last two have me thrown. I would have picked CT to mean Courtyard with the V being the queens & B being the bunks. And the B2 to mean Woodsview with the Q being queens & B being bunks. But the Courtyard bunks should cost more than the Woodsview bunks. :confused3

That's my thinking too, but the B is totally confusing me unless it's a typo in their system. It could be the person setting it up wasn't sure themselves & why the definitions are missing.

A last thought was that it could be concierge level, but the price was just a few $ more and I would expect a much bigger jump.

I agree CTV must be courtyard view. Could the B be beach, or more specifically Bay Lake View?? We are looking into Wilderness Lodge for next Jan. We had trouble getting through to AAA the other night and tried the site, but didn't know where to look. Could you tell me where on the AAA site do you find the breakdown of specific disney resort rates?:goodvibes

Sorry for the delayed reply - just noticed.

Go into the area for lodging, select Orlando as the destination, your dates and then specify Disney World in the drop down for chain. It will come up with the big list and tell you what resorts have room availability for your entire length of stay without switching rooms.

I found it's a bit more work, but well worth it to enter the dates night by night and keep a spreadsheet of the rooms available, day & rate. I don't have a problem with switching rooms once, perhaps twice, in a stay if it means we may get to experience they type room & resort we want while saving money for other things (like tickets!).
