Trip reports dont have guidelines. although I can tell you what I enjoy the most about them.

1-humor
2. Photographs
3. Parks and activities
4. Restaurants- food reviews (photos OF food)
the good and the bad

I notice people who are clever enough to come up with a catchy title to their Trip Report get more views. THey are often written in "installments" Harry and Mary do the World Day 1, Harry and Mary do the World Day 2. or whatever.

I would suggest reading other trip reports and discovering what you like best about them.

I think it would be really helpful for someone to come up with some guidelines or suggestions for writing trip reports. Maybe someone who is good at them might be willing to do that and share their secrets to trip reporting with us.

For now though, if you want to write a report, just find a good one you like and structure yours in the same way.
