Need help with Towncar/Limo service

We're planning on going from the airport, to Buena Vista Suites, then to the port for our cruise, then back to the airport. I have a reservation with Fl Tours but didn't realize that they don't take credit cards. They haven't gotten back to me after I emailed them with a change in the hotel. So now I'm getting nervous and wondering what other limo services are out there that I could use. I've seen bad feedback about FL Tours but want to support them since their a DIS sponsor.

I would give Andy a call at FL. Tours a see if he got your email requesting a change of hotels. 1-888-832-2111

FL. Tours may have had a few bad reviews - but there is not a transportation company out there that has not. If you do a search of the boards you will see that the positive experiences far outweigh the few negative ones.

We have use FL. Tours exclusively for several years and the only "complaint" I've ever had is we had a driver once who was painfully quiet - but then that may also be what some folks want!

(I'm not trying to make light of anyone's troubles as it can cause heartache on vacation if things do not go just as planned)

This is my second time to use them and very recently(Dec) go with Southern Elegance. They even sent a limo for my ride to the airport. This was for one person as i had booked a towncar so it did look a little Paris Hiltonish and if i hadn't been so sick i would have played the part to the hilt. Still very good company and if you get Andy tell him hi from Melinda and it looks like we may need his services in 2006.

I would check with them about the change in hotel. I had a problem with them last week. I had emailed them when we changed hotels and had gotten an email back that they had changed the imformation. However when we got picked up at the airport I had to tell the driver that our hotel had changed. Then when we were to get picked up again they again went to the wrong hotel even though the voucher for the return trip on it had the correct hotel on it.
