most of the marriott are along ID or just off of it.

Marriott's Grande Vista

just off it
Marriott's Cypress Harbour
Horizons by Marriott

these marriott are in marriott world center very close to WDW
Marriott's Sabal Palms
Marriott's Royal Palms
Marriott's Imperial palms

both Sabal and Royal are also in RCI

yes I think the ID trolley goes in front of CH and Horizons they are both on the same road.

here is the rci on oasis

http://www.rci.com/RCIW_index

it gets good reviews on tug. considering how hard tuggers can be on a resort - it gets great reviews.

that didn't work

okay use this link

www.rci.com
and after your put in us

then click on RESORT (left side)

then in the resort name put Oasis lakes

We have been staying there for like 8 or 9 years now and every year we stay at different sides ..

This year we are staying on the new side right across the street of the new water park...

We all love this place for the kids.....
Not mine but sister in laws (3 of them) (8 kids)

I like this place because no one hassles you to buy

HGVC at Sea World! Loved it! If you can get this place, it's well worth it. Our favorite timeshare in Orlando by far.

Orange Lake - not sure if all rooms have been renovated, but make sure to get a newer one if they aren't. They put us in the old section, and several things were broken (armchair, closet door)...not to mention the big cucaracha we saw! Once they moved us to a newer building, it was fine.

Haven't been to any of the others you mentioned.

pirate: We stayed in Orange Lake last year. It was huge, and the place was nice. This year we stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Village. The place was beautiful! We loved it so much, we actually bought a week every other year. They have a great program where you can stay at any of the 13 Sheraton Villas without paying any exchange fee. Plus discounts and points at all of the Sheraton facilities. The Village was just beautiful. Only 5 miles from the MK and 3 miles from Sea World. :goodvibes

will have two 17 year olds with us. transportation for them to the parks would be nice as well.
Of the resorts you mentioned, we have stayed at Cypress Pointe (and CPGV) and also just returned from a three day stay at Cypress Palms . We would stay at either of them again. We had no problems with any of our stays there. We really enjoyed Cypress Palms last weekend though. My kids liked the activity center as they had an X-Box and a PS2 in addition to a game room and it was open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Cypress Palms does have a shuttle to WDW, Universal and to SeaWorld. We did not use the shuttle but I'm getting my info from the activities flyer we received upon check-in. It is $3.00 per person for the theme park shuttles. They also had shuttle service to one of the outlet malls.

I can only comment on Summer Bay. We just got back on an RCI timeshare exhange for 10/16-10/22. It was marvellous. We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo, the room was clean, plenty of amenities (pots, pans, coffee-maker, fridge, fully-stocked flatware, soap, shampoo, towels), the drain was clogged when we first arrived and they came in 30 minutes and fixed it, and gave us a free bottle of red wine. :)

The resort is very clean, well-kept, lots of friendly people, and has a security gate that is actually *used* (i.e. someone actually maintains a post through the night! Awesome!).

Summer Bay offers a free shuttle bus to any Disney site, and it's $7.00 to SeaWorld or Universal.

Lots of discounts available through their ticket office. For listening to a 1 hr sales pitch, we got two adult five-day passes to SeaWorld/Busch Gardens for $35.00 each! :)

Aliki,
Is that $7 return for the shuttle or one way? Also, do you know if it is less expensive for kids?
Did you swim in the lake there? If so, what did you think of it?
Thank you

which timeshare property would you recommend:
cypress point
embassy vacation resort
fairfield cypress palms
kingston reef
hilton vacation club sea world
oasis lakes
orange lake
sheraton vistana
summer bay

thank you.

Orange Lakes - I like a lot MY D-FAM love the lazy pool
Cypress Palms - I've never stayed there but on tripadvisors.com - out of over 200+ hotels/resorts in Kissimmee its ranked #1. That has to mean something. And I like this one (I'm thinking about buying) because its a fairfield resorts. They claim to have the largest selection of timeshare. I haven't proved that to be fact, but I haven't proved it other wise either.

I believe it is round-trip, but we didn't look at it too closely since we drove to Disney, Universal *and* SeaWorld in our car. The convenience of leaving and returning when we wanted to was well worth it (parking at Disney is only $9, Universal is $8, SeaWorld was $9). They use shuttle buses at Summer Bay, and I think they only have designated times when they leave, so you have to work on their schedule. The times seemed reasonable-- started early at 7.30am I think, and ran pretty late. Sorry, I wasn't looking too carefully.

We did wade into the lake a bit (the one by the beach), but the sun was setting so we headed over to the tikibar instead and got a drink. Okay, several drinks.... :earboy2: The pool near the clubhouse was clean, and so was the one right behind our condos (literally less than five steps away-- that was NICE!)

Of the resorts you listed I would recommend the Hilton GVC at Seaworld. It is a beautiful resort and we had a nice week there. The Vistana Resort is nice as well but there are older sections. I also rate orange Lake as only fair. We found the resort dirty and our unit was not clean. The resort was too big and way out of the way.
