My husband and I are going to WDW for our wedding anniversary. It's just us adults. We went last year and had a fantastic time and the food was great, but we want to try new restaurants this time around. Please make suggestions!!

We are staying at Wilderness Logde 6 nights!! Free Dining Plan.

Restaurants we've visited already include:

Liberty Tree Tavern (Character Meal) - Loved it!
Tony's Town Square - Loved it!
Marrakesh -Mmm Yum!
Cinderella's Royal Table (Character Meal) - Food was okay!
50s Prime Time - Yum, Yum!
Coral Reef - Bleh, had much better :(

Need some ideas. We like Character Meals too!

I think we definitely want to eat at Artist Point and Whispering Canyon, but that's because we're staying there. Ooh give me some ideas!!!:scared1:

how about Crystal Palace for night time meal and also Biergarten ......both delicious selections on the buffet......We were four adults at both of these and had a great time....
Happy Anniversary ahead of time

We love Le Cellier in Canada and the food is excellent....

We haven't brought our kids yet so these suggestions come from adults-only trip experiences:

Le Cellier
Jiko (we tried this our last trip for the first time and it was amazing - plus AKL is very cool to check out)
Chef Mickeys or Crystal Palace (or both - I like them for breakfast but I am more of a breakfast buffet person than a lunch/dinner buffet person)
CA Grill for Wishes
Kona

You might still be able to get an ADR for a Le Cellier lunch. I heard WCC was booked solid for dinner during some time frames.

How about Crystal Palace for bf one day?
Le Cellier for a lunch as the dinners are all booked.
WCC for dinner, if you can get in.
Kona

If you liked the food at Marrakesh, you might want to try Boma. It has lot of food inspired by North Africa. Someone else suggested Jiko which is great, too, less exotic but much more fine dining.

We really enjoyed the food at Wolfgang Puck's in DTD. We asked for a table outside and it was much less noise than inside and you get to people watch!

Kone was great, too. I liked it better than Ohana, it has less show, but a very warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and really good food!

Jiko for sure. Its out of this world and as someone else stated .. AKL is a neat resort to check out.

My recommendations are definitely do Artist Point, California Grill, Kona, Rose & Crown, Crystal Palace, Spoodles, Biergarten, & LeCellier. These are the best of the best at WDW in our opinion.

We are members of VWL DVC, you are going to love the resort. Make sure you visit the Territory Lounge. It is a very nice relaxing atmosphere for an adult beverage! We love to get a night cap and take it to the lobby to people watch. Nothing beats sitting on a comfy couch with the one you love in this beautiful setting with a drink in hand!

If you are looking for a quick bite some night without an ADR, Territory Lounge has some delicious flatbreads. Dh loved the BBQ flatbread. If you are doing the DDP, and are going to pay out of pocket one night... this is a cheap fun idea.

Happy planning!

Happy Anniversary...

I would suggest Crystal Palace for breakfast...I have never been but all I hear are good things. We are going there in Nov.

Le Cellier is great too!

One other thing for a fun night, go to Jelly Rolls at the boardwalk...it a dueling piano sing along bar...very fun.

We also take cabs to and from different resorts...its easier than waiting for buses.

HTH! :)
