Need help with t shirt design

Hi we are going to DW dec20 for my neice's 40the birthday and will also be there for Christmas (her birthday is on the 23rd). I had emailed Kate about this but she has been not feeling well and I don't want to bother her again.(hope she is doing better) Her name is ANGELA and she is the one always doing the planning for everybody else and would like to make her a special shirt to wear on her birthday. her fav is Belle. not too kiddish but classy looking. hope someone can come up with some good ideas. TIA marianne ps probably going to put it on a black tshirt maybe with some gold on it would be nice..thanks again really any idea you can come up with..
