Need help with SW Ding

I downloaded Ding but I can't figure out how to get it to work. When I click on the icon on my tool bar it says to add up to ten airports, then my rapid rewards number and zip, but I can't see where to put those. HELP! We are hoping to go to WDW in Jan but it depends alot on Flight prices as we live in Idaho. I need lots of tips lol

Ok so I figured out how to add those things but I click on update registration and it says unable to connect to Southwest. What does that mean?

So IF I ever get this thing working, how does DINGING work?
Also do you call SW to book at that price? Basically, I know nothing about DING, just trying to get a decent price on a flight. (there are 5 of us) I must sound so desperate

No you book online. I'm not sure why it is saying doesn't connect that could be an issue. It might have to do with your firewall.
