Need Help With Request

We are staying in a Standard View Studio Villas at Jambo House last week in September. We were hoping to get a partial view of the savannah. I do have touring plans and can make a special request through them via fax but was wondering if that will even work since we are DVC now. If so, should I just ask for a partial savannah view or a specific area? We have grandkids coming this trip who have never been to Disney. (They were added just recently to our reservation.) I think they would be super excited to see the animals outside the room. Any suggestions? Also any area that I should request that would be best? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Best to have MS attach your request to the reservation and not fax.

forgot when I was there asking for the partial view was a sure way of not getting. I did not care - the guests in front me definitely wanted it - front desk say it were booked.

when I got to my room it was a partial view of the savannah.

remember this is a long walk - from the regular rooms.
