Need help with photos....

I don't understand how to put those cute frames over my pics. I'm trying, but they keep coming out with white over where the pic should come thrugh. Can anyone help me with directions as to how to do it (I'd really like to understand how to do this), or would someone be interested in doing them for me?

Make sure you're saving the frame as a gif image, that will make the white area tranparent.
