Need help with Memorial Service Program

I wish I were coming under better circumstances, but I need to create a memorial service program asap and I do not even know where to start. Should I purchase a template on etsy, or just hire someone from say paper affair? Is this something that could be a DIY project? Since this is sudden - I am going to be on a budget - but still want it to be really nice.

Any thoughts or advice?? Thanks disers!

Not exactly what you are asking, maybe give the designers more details and that way they will know what you are looking for.
