Need Help With MDE

We have used MDE for multiple vacations. Our friends and family list is cluttered. It won't let me delete any of them. It says they have their own account. My husband has never has a separate account. Can I do a clean sweep and start all over again?

If they had their own account and you were connected, you would be able to delete them.

You can't delete profiles that you manage if there are any upcoming reservations linked or if there are any MagicBands/Cards associated with that profile. For managed profiles that you want to remove, you will have to call Disney MDE Tech Support.
