Need Help with Last Minute Trip Booking

I am planning a last minute trip to WDW for a week from June 8th - 15th. Unfortunatly Disneyworld.com is showing no availability for a MYW Package at any of the value resorts for that week.
Luckily though, I have found a room only deal on Expedia for Pop Century, but would I be able to book this and then call Disney to get park tickets & the dining package added to my reservation, is this possible???
Also what do you think the crowds will be like on that week?? I've never been at this time of year. I know it's probably going to be quite busy, but is it really bad?

I don't think so. You are lucky to have found anything I tried for the past 4 weeks to get something at any of the value/moderate resorts that wasn't a suite. I needed 2 rooms so it was very difficult. Never did get anything but once or twice a single room showed up. If you really want a room I'd book it then try to add when you get there.

Darren, my sister and her family just decided to join us in WDW from June 6-11th. They started checking from deluxe, then moderates, and CM at CRO went through the values until he finally found her a room at All Star Sports. Apparently there are a couple conventions going on at that time. I am going through Dreams Unlimited and they have been great. I would try them and tell them to keep checking and you keep checking because there are always cancellations. If you book with Expedia I don't think you can add the MYW package but I may be wrong on that. Good luck to you!!

Thank you everyone for your help , it's interesting to hear about the conventions. I sent a request to Dreams Unlimited and I think I'll try giving Disney a call and see if they can come up with anything.

Anyway all going well 15 days until WDW!!!
