Need help with june PS's

I need to make my PS's for our June 11th - June 17th trip starting on March 13th.
There will be no park hours announced until April for June. How should I figure this out???
Also the EMH do they change much?
We are going to have PS's for every day and some of them with Breakfast and a lunch or Dinner the same day!
Also I will need to know about E-tickets nights to plan properly.
I have learned alot from all of you and in doing so have become a great planner for our trips but this year we will be celebrating my DD's sweet 16 and I want to make it a trip for her to remember!!!She will definately be getting a b-day pin that I have heard about hear on the Dis.
I have bought the AP for my wife and I and will be ordering a DDE as soon as my Vouchers arrive.
Sorry about all the questiopns but I need to get the plan of action down on paper :-D

I would look at menus on allearsnet.com and decide which restaurants you absolutely 100% want to go to. Call and make those PS's. All the others, you can make when the June hours come out, around April 1st Im hearing. There's no way to know the hours coming up.. you can look at historical hours and see what they've been, but its just an idea. Say your PS is in Epcot.. and you're spending the day in MK.. Just make the Epcot ressie a little later in the evening and you'll have time to get to it.

Dont know about the EMH's since it seems different this year.

In June you can generally figure MK at 9:00 Sun-Thur and 11:00 Fri-Sat. Epcot either 9:00 or 9:30 every night. MGM probably 8:30 every night and AK about 7:00 every night. This should give you a reasonable idea.

Hey I will be there the exact same time as you. I am going to call and make my reservations on historical trends and figure I can change some if I need to.

That's the only month we've ever gone. We like it

We used to only go during Spring Break and then three years ago we started going early to mid-June and we love it. This year's trip is June 4-14. Sure it's warm but nothing we couldn't manage. The crowds are certainly no worse than Spring Break so I'm glad we made the switch.
