Need Help with iTunes

Ok my parents have no idea how to work iTunes well so I have come to my fellow teen dissers for help! Ok so I have been trying to buy this Audiobook (the truth about forever by Sarah Dessen) but it says that the item that i have requested is not availble anymore. I have been trying for 4 days and keep getting the same message (also i have tried dozens of other books also). Has anyone ever gotten this message before or anything?

why don't you call apple and ask for help or go to an apple store and ask them or look on the FAQ on their website...that has never happened to me before so i suggest doing one of the above...good luck with fixing it

If it says it's not available, then it's probably not there anymore which means they pulled it.
