We gave DD a Mix Stick for Christmas. Today we downloaded music for the third time, and yet again have a number of corrupted files - files that play perfectly on the computer but when they transfer to the MP3 player the are really slow and distorted.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Can we check the quality of the songs before ripping them? As far as I know DH is doing everything correctly. The only possible problem is that other programs are being opened/viewed while the files are being transferred - although I stressed not to do anything else during that time.
