need help with Boma menu

Boma would fit nice into our schedule. I have questions on some items listed on the menu. Can someone tell me what these items are:

FuFu

Saffron Rice-what spice is Saffron? Is it a hot spice?

Potatoes with Affritude

Sweet potato pancakes-Is this like a fried sweet potato

PAP

What kind of grilled seafood.

Is a zebra dome cake?

What is a simba's paw print?

My family is full of picky eaters. Is there anything similar to mashed potatos?

We were just there in December so I can help you out on some of these, though some I don't remember

Saffron rice...it's a seasoning, nothing spicy.

Potatoes with afritude...yum!! these weren't mashed, more like a gratin, not spicy, but very good.

They didn't have the sweet potato pancakes when I was there, but ones I've had outside the World were like fried mashed potatoes, but made with sweet potatoes.

grilled seafood...when I was there they had nut crusted salmon, can't remember if there were other seafood choices.

zebra domes are a coffee mousse in a hard shell with chocolate drizzled over to look like zebra stripes...not too coffee-y. there's also lots of other desserts including a variety of cookes.

I don't think I saw mashed potatoes, but in the "regular" food section they had fries, pasta, mac & cheese, and chicken fingers.

The food is seasoned well, but I didn't find anything spicy or too seasoned. I love this restaurant, but I think the seasonings are geared for more American tastes than what is Authentic African food, at least judging by non-World places I've been too.
