Need help with ADR's - I don't know what I am doing LOL

Hi All, I need your help - my ADR window is approaching, it sure creeped up on me! We aren't doing any other park but MK.

Day 1 - 1900 Park Fare Dinner 4:30 / MNSSHP
Day 2 - CP Breakfast 8:05 / Breaking the rules here but my dd really wants to see Rapunzel and our trip is short.
** Need to fit in BBB or Pirate League - should we do BBB and then CRT for the latest lunch at 3? The dinner menu doesn't appease us.
Day 3, 4, 5 - CRUISE
Day 6 - DTD
Day 7 - 1900 Park Fare Breakfast with Alice or Ohanas? Or should I do BBB & CRT lunch here? Or Pirate League?
Day 8 - Chef Mickeys / MVMCP

I'm really all over the place, I thought it would be a lot easier after. I am really open to any and all suggestions Sometimes I find it easier to help others and my plans are just a mess LOL.

We just got all of our ADR's set for August. I did have everything done online and then realized what a mess everything was. And then I called for help. The cast member on the Disney Dining Reservations line got us all straightened out. Here was our original plan:
Monday: Fly in and go to Epcot. Should be to the parks by 4:30 pm. More than enough time to hit up Spaceship Earth and a few items the kind smight like. Had planned on Chef Mickey's at 6:55 pm. DD really wants to see Mickey Mouse the first day, so I thought it would be ok and then I realized we'd be leaving the park and coming back and it would be a huge mess getting to and from Chef Mickey's.
Tuesday: Originally had scheduled breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and heading to the Magic Kingdom. Then I found out the Stepmother and Stepsisters were at dinner, not breakfast.
Wednesday: Scheduled Cape May Cafe for dinner for DH and I only. Kids are going to Sandcastle Club, which was not yet scheduled.
Thursday: Originally Scheduled Cape Cafe for Breakfast followed by Hollywood Studios. Hitch in the giddy-up? DS wants to do Star Wars Jedi Academy. Absolutely NO way we'd make it.
Friday: Breakfast at Crystal Palace and spending what little time we have left at the Magic Kingdom. This did not change. And here is what the wonderful CM helped us with:

Monday: Still going to Epcot. Now have ADR at Garden Grill (in Epcot at The Land Pavillion, I think) at 7:15 pm. MUCH better fit and DD will still get to see Mickey Mouse.
Tuesday: Still doing Magic Kingdom and the ADR is now 1900 Park Fare Dinner at 5:50 pm. We'll get to see the characters we want, its on the monorail and is a wonderul fit.
Wednesday: Still going to Animal Kingdom, still Cape May at 6:40 pm and the kids are now scheduled from 6-10 at the Sandcastle Club.
Thursday: Still Hollywood Studios, no breakfast scheduled but will eat at Hollywood and Vine at 5:50. Downside? We'll miss out on Pizza Planet (unless we use snacks for breakfast and go to the PP for an early lunch?)
Friday: Crystal Palace Breakfast at 8:25 am for My Birthday!

I think the CM did an excellent job helping us sort it all out.

Ok, a few thoughts ...


Day 1 - Is Day 1 your arrival day in Orlando and if so, what time do you arrive? If not, I would suggest doing BBB that day, DD will be done up for 1900 Park Fare and the party.

Day 2- I figure after the late night, no one would want to be at breakfast at 8am (where are you staying?). I'd suggest doing a non RD day here with breakfast at 1900 Park Fare if you really want to, then head to MK.

Day 3, 4, 5 - Sounds like fun!

Day 6 - Good

Day 7 - Throw in your 8am CP ADR here and head to Rapunzel asap.

Day 8 - I'd do your second MK RD here instead of right after MNSSHP, do a late breakfast (like 11am maybe) at CM, take a break and head back to MK for the party.

Are the dates such that you can actually do the halloween party and christmas party in an 8 day trip? The last Halloween party is, I believe, Nov 1st ... do the Christmas parties start by Nov 8th?

ETA: Hmmm, just realized I missed the comment about CRT after BBB ... how about doing it on day 1, instead of Park Fare? And then do Park Fare dinner on Day 7?
