Need Help with a shallow well

We had irrigation installed and the well and pump were performing beautifully....then I started to lose the prime. Noticed a crack on the "t" pvc top of the well where the check valve goes in. Does anyone know if this is easily repaired? This is just one of a few issues we are now having.....ugghhhh. Nothing is ever easy!

Rescue Tape http://www.rescuetape.com/ will work but replacement of cracked T is the proper method.
